Property taxes are billed twice a year via Summer and Winter tax statements and provide the critical funding needed to support our local schools, libraries, emergency services, and county-wide infrastructure.

Treasurer Tax Office Information
The Algansee Township Treasurer will hold special office hours for summer tax payments on the following dates:
- August 26, 2026: 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- September 3, 2026: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- September 14, 2026: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Summer taxes are due no later than September 14, 2026. Deferment forms for summer taxes must also be filed with the Treasurer by September 14, 2026.

Taxes may be paid online through the Algansee Township website by selecting the “View & Pay Taxes Online” link on the right. Credit card payments include a BS&A processing fee, and ACH payments are also available. Mailed checks should be made payable to Algansee Township only. Post-dated checks are not accepted, and returned checks may require future payments to be made by another method.
Access the secure BS&A Online portal to look up your property information, check payment statuses, or pay your tax bill online via credit card or ACH payment.
Visit BS&A Online:
- Select Algansee Township under Municipality
- Click “Pay Bills”
- Follow the prompts to locate your property
- You may create an account or pay as a guest
